I was told by managers Silviana and Taran my credit card would be re-imbursed immediately. Silviana and Taran complained about all the new employees not knowing their jobs and this was why delivery service was so poorly implemented. They stated that Market Street had stolen all the Good Employees. This is how they speak about their employees. The store director, Elizabeth Brown has done absolutely NOTHING to help this situation. Either she's completely incompetent or she just doesn't care about her customers. I strongly advise against grocery delivery service from this store.

I purchased my groceries and was in route to the customer service checkout when the agent closed the machine at 645, due to her leaving early, and per her, “no one else is trained”
