- JLJodi LorangerOct 29, 20251.0I go to seven brews every morning on my way to work and I also probably go there every evening after work on my way back home every single day and I haven’t had anything negative to say about them in the beginning because I’ve always been really good customer service and or the drinks have been dead on and really good but lately I don’t know if they’re not Training their employees that make the coffee that well. There’s the past five times I’ve gotten my drink literally went to go take a drink of it and it was so scorching hot when I went to go pick up the cup the cup felt super warm and I thought maybe it’s just a warm drink and I went to go take a sip and it scorched and burned the roof of my mouth. It’s been flaking off. It was badly burned and it’s happened. The last five times I’ve gotten my drink. I at least have to let it cool down 10 minutes before I actually start drinking it and then it taste really super burnt so I end up throwing it away. It’s disgusting so I don’t know what’s going on, but it’s an issue that needs to be addressed. Other than my coffee tasting like shit, the customer service and the people that work there are sweet and they’re nice, but the coffee is a constant issue and needs to be addressed
