She was Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable with every question I had for her. - JEJim EdisonApr 8, 20262.0A model of inefficiency run by a group of uncaring employees. Or at least how it feels an a customer. The place is full of smoke. Get a vent hood. Employees are rude and frankly I think they hate working here. They have no personal care for their appearance, (hats on backwards, name tag on hat, shirt untucked, long hair everywhere. The food was fine, but is difficult to enjoy here. Update as requested: I sent an email as requested (see reply from company). This is their email reply to me: “Thank you for your email, and sorry to hear about your experience that you had at this location. We have passed your note along to the regional manager to address this issue with this team. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!” So, I’m not sure how to update my comments, maybe if I go back and see an improvement? Until then, my review remains as published.
