I received a single patty with not even one single pickle, smushed at the bottom of the bag, and oozing way too much ketchup I had to wipe it off. This morning on our way out of town we got breakfast. We ordered ahead and still had to wait almost 20 mins. By the time we got our food I open my SAUSAGE McMuffin to find there is in fact NO sausage, only egg and cheese on a burnt hard English muffin.
