  We stopped in for a quick bite, Kim was awesome! Her customer service was on point, she was friendly and helpful she's a great asset to the Arby's in Raton, NM.

  I ordered a double roast beef sandwich because I wanted to make sure I had more meat than bun. It did not work out that way. I cannot imagine what a regular would have looked like. Maybe one slice? I was pretty disappointed.

  Out of roast beef!? How's that even possible? Who is mismanaging the trinidad location so badly? Returned on 4/3/26 told they are out of roast beef AGAIN. Management needs replaced asap. DO NOT GO TO TRINIDAD LOCATUON

  Stopped here on a road trip. Ordered a medium roast beef combo with curly fries. I got some bacon bun cheese sauce covered roast beef. I refuse to turn around and drive back through Raton pass for a drive thru sandwich to be made properly. Never going to stop at this location if I can avoid it. I feel cheated and they stole my time and money.
