I asked for an adult sized ice cream and they give me the excuse policy says i can't do more than 3 swirls. 🤦🏾 Then when i asked to speak with the manager, she came to talk to me about it and she doesn't bring the pie I ordered with her 🤷🏾 the LITTLE THINGS that matter. Js
Clean clean establishment because of elveria. Yet all the teens were standing around watching her Elveria work work work. She's needs a raise. Js.

I have been waiting over 30 minutes for my food after they gave me half the order at the window and told me to pull around to a parking spot. I parked and just called after waiting for 30 minutes and I had to give them the order again

For starters i walked in and greeted The gentleman at the counter. He said morning, but just looked if he was unhappy to completely be there and taking orders. Got my order at the front counter. My hot food was given to me before my frozen drinks were finished being blended cause they couldn't figure out what drinks went to what order. I then got into my car to take the order home. My hashbrowns were not in hash brown sleeves. And when I got home, my steak bagel sandwich had no sauce on it, and the bagel was really hard. After being up charged for the two frozen drinks with the meals. $22 to get home and have my hashbrowns naked in the bag in no sleeves. And my sandwich be incorrect. It is very frustrating. Also, because this location was absolutely not busy maybe two cars in drive thru. and its 7:19 am in the morning ive notcied more and more on days when its super early and super late and the younger people are working my food is always cold. messed up or the food just really sucks and isnt fresh. do better Mcdonalds!
