Tired, sweaty, in need of showers yet so hungry, we order the classic move in special: pizza. App tells us order is ready, we drive there and we are told at the window *it'll be 7 more minutes* Okay well why did your app say it was ready? Regardless we pull forward and wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. 45 minutes go by finally my partner goes inside and they say "oh here's your order" no "we are so sorry we forgot about you". Nope. It was old. 35 minutes it has been sitting in the warmer. Well "warmer". There's more warmth in a ice cube. All he does is go "well I can remake it but it'll be a while" Sorry we are tired. Hungry. We want to eat and go to bed for all day of unpacking. Get home and it's cold pizza. And didn't have the extra cheese we paid for. Cold pasta. Brownies were cold but those are whatever. And cold Parmesan bi- oh wait. Also missing our parmesan bites. Complete waste. Thanks for the "warm welcome" to your city. Granted still warmer than what your "warmer" did to our food. I want my money back.
