- DGDani GriffinMar 13, 20261.0I ordered on the app, and went to pick up my order after getting a notification that my order was out of the oven. When I got there they told me it wasn't ready. About 10 minutes later, they gave me the order. I drove off and just decided to check the pizza and it wasn't even my order. I'm glad I checked because I live out of town. When I turned around and came back there were 4 other people saying they got the wrong order!!! This is not acceptable. The crazy part....they asked for the pizzas back after giving them out and put them back on the warmer as if they were going to give the pizzas back out. Gross!

- LSL3fty S0uthpawJan 19, 20261.0Very displeased I order online at least once a week and seems like Everytime I place an order the store calls cuz they are out of wat I ordered AND I ORDER THE SAME THING EVERYTIME I don't appreciate how I'm then basically forced to order something I don't want because y'all already charged my card and I'd rather not have to wait a week and a half for my last 20$ to eat on to be refunded to my card. The first time it happened I cancelled my order and literally took em a week and a half to refund my card. I'm to the point now I don't even wanna order here any more which is sad cuz I def. Prefer dominoes over pizza hut but not any more
