  One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’m a truck driver and ordered through the app expecting my food to be ready on time. Instead, I was left waiting outside in the cold for over 40 minutes. After about 25 minutes, one staff member said “we have your order,” but even after that I waited another 15 minutes and nobody showed up with the food. There were no real updates and no communication. What made it worse is that staff at the window completely ignored me—they didn’t even look or respond while I was standing there. It felt like customers outside don’t matter. As a driver, my time is extremely limited and delays like this directly affect my work and schedule. This was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. I had to leave without receiving my order. Management needs to seriously address this behavior and ensure staff treat customers with basic respect and communicate properly. This level of service is completely unacceptable.   night shift employees are being rude to doordashers who just trying to deliver the customer food they kept pushing the doordash order back on purpose

  Awful customer service!!!!!! Angela has a very bad attitude and threw food across the counter to a customer!!! If you don’t like your job, get a new one! Don’t treat customers bad because you’re unhappy with your chosen job!

  I had placed an online order 10 mins prior to pickup. The lady at the window proceeded to tell me she didn’t have any of the items I wanted. I asked if there was an alternative and she said no. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they are constantly doing this and it’s low quality service. Absolutely disgusting

  Only because I couldn't give a zero. We sat here for better than half an hour watching people wait and wait and wait for food. The little manager (April 3rd second shift) was rude to SEVERAL CUSTOMERS and her crew. One cashier a heavy set girl came and took place of another kid. Continually put her hands in cups (approx 10) trying to separate, she gave a set to a customer to pull apart. He couldn't so she put that back on stack all whole repeatedly rubbing her runny nose. Then sat down on the cart that held the cups. So disgusting, will never step back i to this place.
