I got stuck in line for well over an hour, and I couldn't leave because the drive thru was curbed in all the way around. The car in front of me over heated and was smoking so then we were really stuck. And the whole time there was at least 1-2 employees out back smoking at a time in a constant rotation with the back door open. They all weren't doing shit and the line didn't move the whole time I was there. After the car in front of me broke down I let everyone behind me know so we all backed out because we obviously weren't going to get any food. Such shitty staff, should all be fired.
