Thankfully Dana, your other employee was there and it's a pleasure to have been served by her. Your employee ALVA needs some discipline (I'm a disabled Army veteran) and to learn some customer service skills, if not she'd continue to make u lose customers because over nasty attitude. Sorry to have to write such an ugly review, but I strongly believe you should do something about it as soon as u possible can, I tried speaking to the manager but she wasn't around at the moment. Definitely a very bad experience for someone coming from the East coast, specifically Connecticut and New York, an experience to never come back around. Thank you so very much for your attention and time. ✨️🙏🏻✨️
