We ordered from the screen, and we wanted creamy jalapeño sauce, so we clicked on creamy jalapeño sauce which was pictured as a 4oz container of creamy jalapeño sauce. We received our food, and there was half an ounce of creamy J on the cheesy rollup, but not on the side like we expected. When I approached one of the workers, she told us that’s what we picked. We made our case, saying we clicked on the image of the creamy J, expecting it on the side, and she proceeded to stand her ground as the defender of the creamy J. She took her job defending her $0.40 creamy jalapeño cup so seriously, that she forgot about customer service. We did not receive what we expected… which was a result of being told to order from the screen instead of from one of the three workers. Customer service no where to be found
