    Ordered a Cony combo, and instead of charging me the combo price, they charged everything individually which raised my amount!

    Very rude crew members. Sat at a kiosk for 10 minutes with the button lit red before asking a young lady if it was broken. She was very snooty with her answer and the gentleman on over the speaker was extremely rude as well and would not help. How sad that everytime I come here it is terrible service 😢.

    ​I'm a big fan of Sonic and usually love stopping for food when I get the chance. On this visit, the food itself was great, and our carhop went above and beyond. ​However, the management of this particular location seems to be letting the Sonic name down. Over half of the kiosks were out of order. Instead of marking them as broken, they are labeled "App Only." ​As someone just passing through and not familiar with this "practice," I sat at one of these "App Only" kiosks for 20 minutes, pressing the red button and thinking the team was just busy. It wasn't until I flagged down a carhop that I was told the stall I was in was essentially broken. ​This is a terrible way to cover up maintenance issues and shows a lack of care for customers, especially those not from the area. I really hope the ownership either gets this place fixed up or sells the franchise to someone who actually cares about the brand and their customers' time.

    So sad to see this place fail over and over again. We all deserve second chances but after 100 of them you should consider changing career paths and doing something you don’t hate so much and allow others to take over because the customer service for this location is terrible
