  30 mins to get a coney dog! To be told that’s the normal and when I questioned it, the kid replied with not my problem as he stood in the window eating a blast. Extremely rude but considering he was the one of the 2 people actually doing something of the 6 I could see u can slightly understand his frustration aswell. They clearly need people with a work ethic,

  This sonic always takes forever and I got here 15 minutes before the half price drinks special was over and for those 15 minutes I waited in line in the drive-through and by the time I got there it was five on the dot and she said that she couldn’t do it for me even though I’ve been here waiting in line the whole damn time It’s now 510 and I’m still in line waiting. awful customer service and also last time I came the tots were super dry and old

  ordered ahead online, two slushies and md mozzarella, for it to take forever past the time it was supposed to be done and everything was made half assed.

  I waiting about 30 minutes for 2 drinks, toys and onion rings. I don't understand why it took so long. Cars were passing by as they got serviced through the drive thru and but not me. I called them to see where my order was and they responded it would be right out. Ten minutes later, no order so I drove away. Terrible service

  Came in at night just to get a slushie and they said I’m not serving slushies right now then I asked for some ice cream and they weren’t serving that either super disappointing
