    Constantly, have item out of stock and when you place an order online, the try to not give a refund when they can’t fulfill the order. Order a blast for over 5 dollars and they said they were out and tried to give me a cash refund of a dollar and change and advised that’s all they could do. The finally agreed to void the order and refund the full order amount. Last time this happened they said they refunded my card and not till a week later that I realized I didn’t get refunded and kept the refund receipt. They put the refund as cash but didn’t give me cash. Therefore they pocketed my refund. Filed a dispute with my bank and got my money back. Definitely need a change of management at this location.

    Missing food, wrong order. I was unbelievably sad that my burger was not the one I ordered and the chicken tenders I ordered did not arrive, I didn't spend $60 to to get this depressing result, I would not recommend

    Went there to get ice cream and was told they were not doing stall orders. Okay so I went and spent 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru. Get to the order box just to have the employee tell me they are not doing ice cream tonight. Not that the equipment is down. They are just not doing ice cream. Terrible customer service and I will not be back to this sonic ever again!

    Every time we order a shake they take over 30 minutes to get our order to us. We will watch and see cars that came after us get food and drinks. This is completely irresponsible behavior toward their customers.

    I ordered a strawberry shake with extra strawberry they never gave me extra strawberries and also charged me and then I also had ordered a Reese’s blast and they tried to give me and Oreo shake they took it back and gave me this instead it wasn’t even Reese’s it had peanuts and Carmel cups the people had barely even filled up the shake and blast even though we ordered a large so I’d never again go here and the customer service was horrible they completely ignored me when I tried to get them to fix it they didn’t even know how to mix them or know who’s or was whose
