Instead, I was given a chocolate shake, and when I mentioned the mistake, the employee told me they would give me the chocolate milk “this time,” but not next time because “that’s what the screen said.” This was very unprofessional. The mistake was on their end, and it’s not okay to tell a customer they won’t be given what they clearly ordered. I should not be made to feel like I’m lying or trying to get something for free. I didn’t even know chocolate shakes were an option with a Happy Meal. I understand it’s a busy season, but accuracy and respectful communication are essential. This location needs improvement in customer service and order handling.
