Bad experience EVERY time😢 I placed an order for pick up, they gave it to the wrong person. I placed for pick up exactly for the timing. Its been an hour later and still no food. Other times they take for ever and they forget to give you your ranch or utensils or you can simply tell the food is not fresh. One time I placed an order for pick up when I got there, the server never placed my order and my food was not ready.

We went in and waited about 10 minutes in a line with several other families just to be seated. Our friend eventually decided to find a table on her own because no one was helping us. The table wasn’t clean, which wasn’t surprising since we had to seat ourselves.
The staff told us they were “very busy because of a game,” but there were actually more empty tables than full ones, and only one waitress seemed to be working. The others were standing around talking. We ended up waiting over an hour for our food, and when it finally came out, it was overcooked. Some of the wings barely had any meat—just fried batter.
Partway through the meal, my husband took our son to the bathroom and came back saying it was terrible: urine on the walls, a sticky floor, and just overall disgusting. When I went to the women’s bathroom later, it was a little better, but still not very clean. Walking back to our table, I noticed how dirty the whole restaurant was—trash and food everywhere, and no staff in sight.
After we finished and paid, we were outside talking with our friends (who also had a bad experience), and we saw most of the workers out back taking a break together. Meanwhile, the restaurant inside looked completely neglected.
Overall, this was one of the worst visits we’ve had to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Been three years since I've been there. Nothing has changed so im ganna pretty much repeat the post from three years ago, and start with a message to the owners. You might think about reviewing your cameras, if you have them if not i would suggest you put some and train them on the end of the bar. Three years ago the same issues were brought to your attention, and tonight was no different I stood at the to go counter for thirty minutes and not one employee ask to help. There were plenty of them on shift they just couldn't be bothered to leave the end of the bar and address any customers other then the ones that were at the bar, it was like social hour not work. How this manager has a job is beyond me. Do better!!!
I am filing a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment my family received at one of your Buffalo Wild Wings locations. My mother placed an order at 2:30 PM and arrived to pick it up at 3:00 PM during her only 30-minute lunch break. She waited the entire 30 minutes at the cash register with no assistance. My mother is a Spanish-speaking customer, and although there was a sign instructing guests to go to the bar, she could not read it. Not a single employee approached her or asked if she needed help.
When I called the store to report what happened, the employee who answered giggled while I explained the situation. I then spoke with the manager on duty, who dismissed my concerns and showed no understanding or empathy. After hearing the issue, she agreed to comp my mother’s order.
However, when my younger sister arrived to pick up the food, the manager came out and refused to honor what she had previously agreed to. My sister attempted to explain, but the manager used dismissive hand gestures, told her “bye,” and walked away. My sister left the store crying due to how she was treated. When my older sister went inside to calmly address the situation, the manager talked over her, denied her own statements, and continued to act unprofessionally.
The situation escalated solely because the manager refused to communicate respectfully or take responsibility for her actions. The handling of this entire matter—ignoring a customer for 30 minutes, mocking a language barrier, employee giggling during a complaint call, reneging on an agreement, dismissing customers, and causing a child to leave crying—is completely unacceptable.

I’ve given this location my last dollar. I’ve tried it out several times. My experiences have been dirty/slow/undercooked/cold food/out of stock items etc. Most recent experience was an order for pickup. 45 minute longer wait than the estimate. When asked for an update was given no update. Food was cold, incorrect and missing items.
