    I love Arbys...till now...I had a little extra money...been working hard and rarely order doordash OR get fastfood....missing fries,curly fries and expensive jalapeño poppers....got my 4 sandwiches and they were cold....I call and manager tells me to come down to the store and get refund...I've had 2 beers...hence ordering from doordash...he tells me he doesn't have a magic button to make everything right and hangs up....I splurged this time in a very long time and this is how it goes down. Arbys used to be pretty consistent....thanks for the disappointment

    Went for the first time ever yesterday. Fish sandwich was perfectly prepared, fries were hot and fresh, employees were kind and helpful. 10/10 experience
