  Food is always good here. Unless you order on the app, the service is super slow. We wanted Ice cream a few evenings ago and went at 7pm. They apparently don't understand to NOT clean equipment prior to closing. They said at 7pm and rudely, no ice cream. We are cleaning the machine. And it took them 5 minutes to answer the call light. Owners and managers need to fix a few things at this location on the operations side.

  Meh. Food was tepid. Nothing was hot. Cheese in both the grilled cheese sandwich and mozzarella sticks was not melted. But the order was right and the tables were clean

  Went by Saturday afternoon for a drink. Only 3 car in the stalls. Order taker twice said they woukd be with me in a moment. 15 minutes later, still waiting to place order. Left, drinklesss, after 20 minutes. They really need to do something about the drop in service. Its been getting worse since the new year.

  I spent $13.09 for 1 medium chocolate brownie shake (6.19), with hot fudge (0.30). With delivery (2.75) and service (2.99) charge. And 0.86 tax I placed the order online at 7:05PM, for delivery. Waited until 8:30pm, called about our order and was told they don't have any delivery drivers... So we ended up driving to get the one thing we ordered ourselves. Total waste of time, All in all took 2 hours of time and double the cost for literally one treat... They simply shouldn't offer "delivery" if it's not available. Taking $13 for a delivery order, that you can't or won't deliver is pretty screwed up... Update: At around 11:00PM I got an email telling me my order was canceled and will be issued a full refund. So I guess they made it right in the end. But I'm still not going back to this Sonics anytime soon...
