- 1110z5 days ago1.0I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Domino’s. I placed my order and waited an hour and 30 minutes, and it still had not arrived. I called the store to ask for an update and even offered to pick it up myself. I was first told that my pizza was still in the oven and would be ready shortly. When I asked again if I could just come pick it up instead of waiting for delivery, they put me on hold. When they came back, they told me my pizza should have already been delivered but that it somehow got “lost” and orders were mixed up. They believed another house may have received my order. At that point, they offered to remake it. After already waiting an hour and a half and being given conflicting information, I decided to request a refund instead. I did not want to continue wasting my time. This was a very frustrating experience and extremely poor service. Clear communication and order accuracy are basic expectations, and unfortunately, dominoes did not meet them.

Each time I picked up my pizza it was cold. One time they left my pizza in front of my neighbours door. The last time I ordered they bever delivered my pizza after an hour of waiting. I called them and offered to pick it up and they insisted on not delivering my pizza.

The wait can be a little long depending on the time but usually it is the minimum time it take a pizza to cook. I wouldn't recommend eating inside there is a small eating space and a few tables outside. Overall decant store.
