    Worst McDonald’s ever. Ordered a big Mac. It was cold. Bread is hard. Fries are cold. It seems like it’s from yesterday. Don’t stop there Lordsburg, New Mexico.

    We came in at 10:30pm for some nuggets and 2 cheeseburgers. We simply asked for the nuggets fresh because usually they sit there for hours. The manager Denise denied us fresh nuggets saying they aren’t going back into the freezer after they were already put away. We understand it’s late and they want to go home but it takes not even 5 minutes to get them out of the freezer and drop them. We went in for a refund and received rude looks and comments. All we wanted were fresh nuggets opposed to stale crusty ones that are old. Will not be going back. Denise is a manager that is unacceptable service.

    I understand if you don’t like your job, but if you don’t like where you work, you should probably go and find other means of gain for employment. My McChicken sandwich was at least three days old. The patty was tough as rubber. Hardly any mayonnaise probably will never return to this location and looking at the other reviews I should’ve looked before I came.

    We got our debit card stuck in the weirdest place today as we ordered our food. We were so tired, passing through from out of state. It was 100% our fault but they were so sweet and helped us get the card out, all the food was made perfectly, the restaurant was beautiful and clean, bathrooms were nice and clean and customer service was out of this world. You can tell they work well together as a team, they really saved us tonight, as we are on a tight time crunch. Thank you Lordsburg McDonald's, y'all were real heroes tonight ❤️
