After my order I saw 3 other orders get served (including a family of 4) and at that point someone noticed that I had been waiting almost 10 minutes and still hadn't received my order. Instead of just making it, they started arguing over it. So, what should have been a simple Hot Ham and Swiss turned into a 25 minute visit that should have been closer to 5.
