    All I wanted was a Ham & Swiss sandwich. I walked in and waited for the person in front of me to order. We waited about 10 minutes before someone took our order. After my order I saw 3 other orders get served (including a family of 4) and at that point someone noticed that I had been waiting almost 10 minutes and still hadn't received my order. Instead of just making it, they started arguing over it. So, what should have been a simple Hot Ham and Swiss turned into a 25 minute visit that should have been closer to 5.

    This Arby's has no right to be as good as it is. Crispy and hot fries to the Gryo I order. Best Arby's experience we had.
