She was efficient and was polite/professional with each of the customers. I don't know what issues there are with staffing, but a manager should never leave 1 person to do it all - the manager should be right there to help! I asked the young lady what her name was and she said it was Ramona. Give this young lady a raise and a promotion! That is not easy work - even more challenging to do it alone and with a smile!
