  I've given this location the benefit of the doubt, TWICE in the past month & here's how both trips went: Trip 1: Ordered 2 Grilled Chicken Protein Bowls & paid for DOUBLE MEAT on both via the Subway App. I noticed the bag felt way lighter than usual as I was walking out, so I checked the bowls when I got to the car & sure enough.. BARELY any veggies & not even a full serving of chicken in either bowl. Went right back in and had them remake both bowls. I didn't pay $33 for a weak serving of veggies & meat. Trip 2: Ordered a Footlong Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki with Double Meat via the app, made it home 30 minutes away only to discover they shorted me on the double protein AGAIN. So I called the store & the manager says to bring the sandwich back (mind you I live 30 minutes away) and she'll remake it. You think I made it all the way home, hungry just to not still eat what I thought was a sandwich with the correct amount of protein, and drive 30 minutes back? Yeah right. Her excuse was "can you imagine how many people try to do this to get free food" 😂😂😂 So I say "fine, how do I speak to the franchise owner?" She claims I still have to go through her so she takes down my name & number & the time of my order so "the owner can review the camera footage and see if my order was made correctly or not." SWEET, LET'S DO IT! I'm still waiting for that phone call from the owner. Avoid this location at all costs, because you will NOT get what you pay for. If they don't make it right, I'm gonna just call my bank and do a chargeback for goods not received. Don't play with my hard earned money like that. Note to the Franchise Owner: Have your management train your employees better so things like this don't occur consistently. If you want a GREAT Subway experience I highly recommend the Speedway location a few miles away in Romeroville. They get your app orders right the first time & it's worth the drive.

  I had entered Walmart to grab a quick sandwich for me and my wife at Subway. However, after briefly checking the hours I noticed that the store appeared to be closed. When I did approach the store, i saw a young lady talking with a group of about 3 or 4 individuals. This young woman was in a Subway uniform so I assumed they were open. I asked if they were open and I was completely ignored as she was caught up in a conversation on her phone. I also observed some alarm sounding the whole time I was there. I went to Walmart to grab a sandwich from the deli instead. I’m definitely not going back there again.

  Ordered my food and it never came just ended up having to get a refund but barely got what i paid for my entire order

  One of your employees is rude. Completely ignored me when I went to pick up my online order. And one sandwich was a complete mess.
