  As a doordash driver I was there picking up an order for a customer. The staff was very helpful considering that I have a handicap and the package the products for need to be able to easily get them delivered intact. I am grateful to them for this. I look forward to dining at the restaurant in the future

  My family and i went to pizza hut after the christmas light parade! it was packed when we arrived so we understood it was going to take a minute. we sat at a booth and this kind girl took our drink orders. we didn’t have menus took us 10-15 minutes to get one and 20-30 minutes to order again we didn’t mind. the girl that took our drink order also took our food order she was the most kindest waitress ever had. we got our wings first, one of our pizzas took 15-20 mins to come out, we didn’t mind. we saw i believe her is jaizley give a couple on the other table the wrong order of wings so we saw her give it to another table and told them to keep it. the frustrating part came when we asked a couple of times for a pizza spatula and the shakers. there was people coming in an hour later sitting down and ordering and their food was coming out before ours when we were waiting for a personal pizza and another pizza an hour before. we went to the counter and saw our pizza sitting there, while all the workers were talking in the back. we told this worker jaizley we asked her if we can have our pizzas sitting there and her response was in a rude voice and very unappreciated. 10 mins later we finally got the pizzas. it’s crazy that we were done with our other foods that arrived way before and the kid is barely eating 2 hours later with his pizza cold. maybe we shouldn’t have couples in the same shifts. we left a tip even with poor customer service. hope this gets better, we will be visiting again.

  We ordered online to have our pizza delivered. We placed our order at 5:06pm, with an estimated delivery time of 34-45 minutes. They also don't use their own delivery drivers, they source it out to Door dash. They didn't even start our order until more than 45 minutes after we ordered and told the dasher it would be 25 more minutes. Our order gets left at the door like we asked, only to find out it's not even our order, the store gave her the wrong order! And now I'm here waiting for the dasher to come back and get this order so we can get what we actually paid for. It is now an hour and a half past when we ordered our food, it will no doubt be the 2 hour mark by the time we get our order... if we even get it. This isn't the first time this has happened. This is ridiculous, if you can't handle delivery service don't offer it. I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering from here ever again.

  50/50 on the quality of the food but the time it takes to get your order is ridiculous. How does it take 1 hour and 30 minutes to make 8 piece of wings and a pre-made salad.. I originally ordered delivery but they had no drivers.
