- BNBrooke Norman3 days ago1.0Placed a mobile order. Sandwich was not made correctly. I went inside to talk to a manager. Waited and waited so I went back out to my car and went back thru the drive thru to get my sandwich made right. They remade it wrong AGAIN. Asked to talk to a manager and the second manager went back to remake my sandwich for a 3rd time. I was asked to pull into 1 of their drive thru spots after a 3rd manager came to the windows to belittle me saying," oh,only your allowed to make a mistake?" I said absolutely not but your staff is working here not me and it shouldn't take 3 tries to get 1 simple sandwich made correctly. They asked again for me to go park so cars behind me could be parked too to wait on their food. I said no,it is 1 sandwich. All you have to do is make it right so I can leave. Wow! I really think some of these fast food places should be permanently closed. It's not so much that sandwiches get made wrong,its about the manager being incredibly rude and unprofessional.
