Place sucks now. Young guy that's always working there has a terrible attitude. Went in today for a BMT, he pulled out burnt bread, I asked if he could use another, he said they're all like that. He put turkey instead of salami for the BMT, even after I prompted him saying it didn't look like the right meat. Then when I asked for more lettuce he said they couldn't because they have limit controls on it since their freezer isn't working properly. Just quit if you're the kid and close if you're the owner who can't operate a kitchen.

Today toaster was out, no napkins, 2 weeks ago no toaster was out, everytime i come here there out of something. What is going on

Subway has really gone downhill in my opinion, cost me $12 for a 6-in sandwich. I did add avocado but how does 1 tbsp of avocado increase the price that much. Their toaster was broken so cold subs only which was fine. Very little care to how the sandwich was made and pretty bland flavor overall. The bread does not even seem fresh anymore either. I know all the prices are going up but this just seems pretty ridiculous.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Subway, thanks to an employee named Andy. I waited several minutes at the drive-through with another car behind me, and no one bothered to take my order. When I finally went inside, Andy immediately took the order of the young girls who had been behind me in the drive-through, completely ignoring the fact that I had already been waiting.
When I brought this to his attention, his attitude was rude, lazy, and dismissive. Instead of apologizing, he made sarcastic remarks, which only made the situation worse. I even spoke with the manager, Jimmy, but Andy continued with the same behavior afterward.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. If this is how they treat customers who have already been inconvenienced, I won’t be returning to this location.

Management really needs to get it together. Its been 7 months with a broken toaster… its subway I obviously want my sandwich toasted!? Staff if very friendly but they shouldn't have to get yelled at by customers over a toaster that should have been fixed a long time ago!?
