  A thoroughly unpleasant experience, even compared to another Sonic in the same town or other locations in several states over a number of years. NEVER seen anything this bad. I put in a pickup order, got to the drive-through several minutes ahead of time - and then sat behind another car for 10 solid minutes. Tried following their instructions (pull into a slot and push the red button) only to be told to go back to the drive-through window... at which point, they told me they couldn't make the strawberry shake I ordered, and took a good five minutes to make the replacement shake. But I guess that was OK, because they only started making my burger at the same time instead of having it already made... They got the extra bacon on the burger as I'd requested - but it was burned black and inedible. Missed the extra tomatoes - there was exactly one slice on it. Overall, instead of just pulling up, giving them my name, and driving away, the whole process took 15-20 minutes... and that's with no other customers except that "stuck" car.

  I’m sorry but the milk tasted expired and I couldn’t finish my drink but if the milk was good the drink would’ve been great and also the service and atmosphere was great.

  Got the new Smasher deal and was really tasty and great value. Sonic has a different menu with lots of options. Easy to order and well packed in quality bags. I'll be going again.
