  Waited over 20 minutes for my food after getting the wrong food twice, and forced to go inside to find my food sitting at the counter. The “young woman” at the counter started arguing with me about parking spaces. My space was #1, WHICH I WAS PARKED IN! She was rude and had no idea what was going on. Of course the $15 meal I purchased was cold and thrown in the garbage. Hadn’t eaten at McDonald’s for several years, and now I remember why! Never again will I eat your food or darken your doorstep at ANY LOCATION.

  I buy breakfast burritos when im running late but I've never get them here at this location for the fact that they should list them as quesadillas the laterally sold me a tortilla with cheese one tiny piece of egg and few pieces of sausage. And when I told the morning manager she just said ill let them know oh and there only sapposed to put a certain amount on the burritos she has poor management skills. Those were her exact words no "Im sorry can we do anything to make it right." Nothing at all to apologize Nothing And what's the certain amount a piece of egg all cheese and sprinkle of sausage 🤔. Any ways .

  If I could give 0 stars I would, placed an online order only to get home and find missing items, and I normally check my order because this is the second time at this location it's happened but everything was shoved into a tight bag and there was a line behind me so I could only see what was on top, I think the workers need to pay more attention to their job, McDonald's isn't cheap anymore and to pay that much to not have a complete order is unacceptable, and who wants to drive all the way back up to Mesa grande after getting home after a long day at work, they need to start giving over the phone discount codes or something,and I will be calling corporate.

  How long does it take for a small coffee? This location and the employees are ridiculous. They asked to park and we wait over 15 minutes just so they can say they forgot about it. This management needs to hire new people
