  I feed my brother here he gets the same thing all the time most times no plastic ware but he does get his coffee and hot cakes

  I’m constantly having to order at the window because they never take your order at the intercom then you have to pull forward to wait in your small order they suck to somewhere else

  I am beyond disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered a hamburger that was so heavily salted making it inedible and call them so maybe they can make it right like most restaurants would, but was met with this rude very unprofessional manager.that said they have an automatic salt shaker so it wasn't possible the hamburger with salty! but we had our whole family try it there was no way that it was not their fault that that burger was not salty. Idk who made the burger salty since it's apparently not their fault!. When I tried to address the problem, the employee was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They showed zero customer service skills and flat-out refused to fix the mistake. No replacement was offered, and they refused to give a refund for a meal that couldn't even be eaten. This was particularly upsetting because the meal was for my son, who is autistic. Dealing with such a blatant lack of care and a hostile attitude from the staff made a simple outing much harder than it needed to be. I expect a basic level of professional decorum and food quality, it's a fast food restaurant and the attitude was unbelievable! I didn't give attitude to them but they came at me like It was personal. this location failed on both counts. Salty food and salty staff and then they tell you they'll make it right but go back to the same restaurant so they can all stare at you and talk shit just awful unprofessional idk what I expected from McDonald's though 🤣 don't ever go back even if they offer to make it right with you cos even the manger will be there talking smack like a toddler

  Establishment seems well maintained, and clean environment also is friendly and great atmosphere, play area for the kids seems to be kept up and clean as well! Services prompt and quick.
