  I’m gluten intolerant, so I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch unwich with no onions. Instead, I received a Chicken Caesar wrap with crushed croutons, which I cannot eat. I also ordered an Italian Club with no onions, but it came with onions anyway. We even had to wait at the drive-thru window, which should have given staff extra time to double-check the order for accuracy. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Very disappointing experience, especially given the dietary restrictions involved.

  Food is extremely greasy, cook should be fired immediately. This restaurant is trash, staff doesn’t notify customers their order is ready. Food gets cold like that. What a sad excuse for a sandwich restaurant.

  Gross food, mass incompetency, extremely uncomfortable tables, a parking lot that causes more accidents than sales, and a staff that is rude beyond anything ive ever experienced. The place is basically just there to be a day job for kids, if you want real food then there are plenty of local places you can get quality food. Good luck Jimmy Johns.

  I ordered the #8 Billy Club, but it honestly feels like I was given a veggie sandwich instead. The amount of lettuce and onions is overwhelming compared to the tiny portions of protein. I've had issues nearly every time I've picked up food from this location, and this experience was disappointing.
