This place serves cold food constantly, and then will claim you're a liar and refuse to refund or correct orders that have been sitting on the counter getting cold for hours. I think the gm is Steven Diaz. His customer service is terrible. His staff is rude and can't get orders correct

I've been going here for a few years and I think management has done a nice job training associates. You can hear there communication as far as letting others know as soon as cars pull into parking lot warning everyone that 2-3 cars pulled in. And it's not a one time deal I've heard it multiple times from multiple visits. Staff is always in a good mood and they seem to not have a high turnover rate as the same employees have been here for a few years.

I only go back if in area but each time it's the same. Maybe they wake up too early and grouchy. No service with a smile at this location.
