I went from coming at least a few times a week to a few times a month and now it’s safe to say I’ll probably never come back again. They have they taken all hot sauce out of the lobby so that you have to ask for it. You would think these employees are getting super bonus to gate-keep the sauce because every time I ask for it, they’re stingy as can be. You would think these people are personally making the sauce and only have a limited amount. I ask for 6 fire and I got 4. I literally only go because I love like 4 packets on each taco. I don’t want to feel like I am nagging every time I go to order your food, begging for your precious sauce. Maybe you feel good knowing that you have the power to give as much sauce as you see fit for your customers. Whatever the case, the food sucks and the service sucks and it’s just not worth it anymore. I mean i guess you’re actually doing me a favor by treating me this way for so long, I can finally say never again. Thank you for that.
