It wasn’t just firm. it was hard and crunchy and I had to throw my burritos away on two separate occasions.

I got my food cold, had soggy chips in my nachos, and waited well over 20 minutes longer than the estimated time for my order to be ready. When I addressed the issue with the manager named Brenda, she was really rude and refused to remake my order forcing me to eat a cold meal and let's not forget, soggy chips. I don't recommend this location to anyone.

I called the store and the lady said she would put it on the “list” what a joke! Went today to pick it up and first the lady argued with me about how long a month was, then she said well it doesn’t matter because you only had a week to pick it up. We don’t live in town so I made it back as soon as I could still 3 days before it would have been a month. The staff is just rude! We were ordering about 1-2 times a month, but we won’t be back! Wendy’s is cheaper and better anyways! If you go here good luck getting what you paid for!
