I don't know what is going on with these crunchy tacos but only the tops are crunchy. my taco just falls apart. I spend 20 bucks on something that did not make me happy. I don't know how hard it is to make 20 soft tacos and not hard shell and do your job. This just happened tonight but a half hour ago when the order was taken

I got my food cold, had soggy chips in my nachos, and waited well over 20 minutes longer than the estimated time for my order to be ready. When I addressed the issue with the manager named Brenda, she was really rude and refused to remake my order forcing me to eat a cold meal and let's not forget, soggy chips. I don't recommend this location to anyone.
