I usually go to the sonic on main and have no issues. However this Sonic is closer and disappointed with the service. I ordered 2 combos online for me and my gf. Drove 6 mins to get there, and then waiting in line for another 8min, and then waited at the window for another 25 mins. Even see 3 female employees using their phones and touching the food afterwards. Seeing cars behind me leaving the line cause the long wait.

I placed a mobile order at Sonic Drive-In on Sonoma Ranch and waited at the designated mobile pickup area. After waiting, I was informed they were out of the items I ordered. What was even more frustrating was that the person in charge was unable to cancel the order or process a refund. I did not want a replacement item — I simply wanted my money back.
Now I’m left trying to figure out who to contact for a refund with no clear answers or assistance from the store. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Honestly 10/10 customer service, all the employees were so incredibly friendly! we brought our dog to get a pup cup and the staff was so incredibly nice, a bunch of the staff came up individually to greet him and of course he and I absolutely loved that. Our order was better than perfect usually when I get my drinks I ask for extra Cherrys and almost every time at other locations I end up with no cherries, so I was so pleasantly surprised that the lovely lady added a great amount!!! Will 100 percent be returning more frequently!! Never going to another sonic again, our dog also gives this location and its staff a 10/10!

Been hereba few times. I expected a few bumps when they first opened. 5 drinks and a few side items. The bubble slushes werent even colored right. The machine was broken.The food ... in beginning they were always forgetting the large Frito chili pie. Things happen. Then it was the wrong size they would bring out. Then it was all fritos and very little chili cheese. So I order the next week and ask for $1 extra chili cheese - the Frito pie was swimming and spilling out of the container. Manager or whoever it was, offered to fix it but 2 months should have fixed the issues. I stopped going.
I went now to get 6 drinks, no food. Sweet tea/ easy ice - tastes old and full of ice. Rootbeer add vanilla /easy ice - i got watered down something and full of ice. When I told them about the root beer, the girl on speaker said they would send a new one. Still full of ice!
I ordered on the app to begin with. 6 mins turned into 20 minutes. Another 20 to get the fixed drink. Insane!
When Ryhana brings the fixed drink, she nearly threw it at me and snapped "here's your drink!" and was instantly gone. She has always had a rude, unfriendly demeanor. This is not my 1st time with her as a carhop. You want a tip, change your attitude. I don't tip with such horrible service!
This is the absolute worst Sonic in town! Can't even get drinks right. Sad. So, I will happily give my money to El Paseo and Foothills!

Stopped by one morning at like 7am and the drive through line was empty. I was told to hold one for a minute. After a few minutes I was asked what I wanted. It was like 30 degrees so I asked for a hot coffee. I was told it would be a few minutes cause no hot coffee was made – it was 7am and freezing outside, maybe make a pot of coffee and if nobody orders it take the loss of 50¢ or whatever.
I would love to order food from here but they get horrible reviews so I’m hesitant. The wingstop that just opened down the street gets crap reviews also. Pay your employees more, hire a manager that cares, or have a regional manager get things in order. I don’t care which one, just get your shit together.
Until then I guess I’ll I just drive by multiple times a week. DQ and BK are close by so I’ll keep giving them my business
