  How are you a new location and already have such a bad reputation. I picked up a #3 and some Mozzarella Sticks, the sticks were fine, but my combo was cold. Cold burger. Solid slice of cold cheese. Fries were old and cold. This location already feels like it’s 18 years old and no one gives a crap. Whoever was in charge of opening this location really dropped the ball. I think the only hope is corporate coming by and resetting the whole thing. I am not returning here until these rating start trending up. Screw this place.

  I’ve gone A couple of times and I’ve gotten extremely rude Girls.. I’ve gotten food that was warmish and Tasted like. I was eating leftovers.. the Young girls They Walk to the car all slow and snotty like they hate their jobs. they don’t say anything they don’t smile they just Rush us to take our food.. When we finally get the last item, the Employees will just walk away. They don’t ask us for anything or say anything. Honestly, I would love to work here Because. I would put all those snotty girls in their place.. i would Show them how to act and do their jobs cuz How they treat their customers, it ruins The customers vibe they come here too, enjoy their meal not to be Disrespected. Honestly, I don’t understand how these girls are even hired. Cause they don’t have a good Friendly personality.. honestly, I think that whoever hired these horrible girls needs to fire them because the reviews are awful That after a while, no one is going to Support a disrespectful business.. I understand that people probably hate their jobs But they don’t have no right to treat the customers poorly. If I worked At this horrible sonic. I Would walk to the customers car with a good vibe.. I would smile and say hi how are you? I would be talkative, but not to much Just enough to show the customer that we Appreciate them picking our sonic.. I would begin giving them their food Then. I would ask them Can. I get you anything else? If they say yes, I would say yes of course and give them what they are needing then when they say thank you. I will simply smile and tell them yes of course you are welcome Enjoy your food!

  I usually don't mind waiting for my food, but the customer service made it slightly more understandable. It's a new location so I'm giving it a chance, especially thanks to the drive thru lady. I think her name is val? I didn't quite catch it, but she was amazing. Super polite, worked fast and efficient. Obviously the people working here are trying their best and I hope things will improve at this location

  I attempted to go and buy food through the drive thru again tonight. I have been there a few times, and besides the line, have enjoyed my experience. However, tonight, was a different experience. While waiting in the double line, I could hear one of the cashiers taking orders. This cashier was coughing so bad. It was not just a random cough. This person was very sick sounding. It was a gross wet cough. Through several orders, I heard the coughing. I was in the next line over. I was so disgusted, that I left the line. When you are working in food service, you should not be serving food while sick. You could get others sick. No one wants coughed on food.

  This location has lost my business for good. I have had many rude interactions with the team members there, and the food is never very good. I've had cold fries, hard fries, bacon that tastes like licking a day old grease tray, shakes not blended with an inch of peanut butter on the bottom, drinks with missing add ons or no syrup and more. There is always a long wait as well. I don't know that I can say this is the worst Sonic I have ever visited, but it is in the top 5 for sure. Such a shame as well, because the facilities are nice and new. It really seemed like it would be a nice spot, but has failed me one too many times. I also want to mention that I have also had the drive through window slammed in my face. Based on the reviews here, that seems to be a trend for this location. Really a bad look for the brand which I normally find to be reliable.
