Order was messed up twice and the soda was flat and fries wayy greasy. 0 accountability. When I asked for a refund she said she was unable too and too talk to the main manager Roger. So the next day I spoke with him. He was great at listening about the incident and was able to refund by cash. He said she could and should have refunded it back to my card the same day. However she lacks professionalism and decided not too. Kids with with little power trips should definitely be addressed.

Now instead of hitting a button and getting help, I have to exit my vehicle walk tot he door and ask for the sides since the order never comes with them
