Food was hot, service was friendly. The girl at the window had a smile & great attitude. However the wait was longer than expected. Lucky I wasn't in a hurry to be anywhere at that time.

Worst experience I’ve ever had coming to sonic. There speaker box doesn’t work for anything, they messed up my order, plus they forgot to bring some of my food. Worst experience ever. Will not be coming back to support them anymore.

If I can give 0 stars I would!! How can you serve a milkshake with expired milk? And we ordered 3 different milkshakes and there all different flavors and they all tasted like expired milk!

Both me and my son ordered online orders. The order was to be ready at 5:45. Pulled up to stall 14. Checked in at 5:42. I was picking up both of our orders so I kept pushing the red button. No response, by 6:03 no order came after multiple times pressing the red button. I went around to the drive thru. Stated Thai was there to pick up 2 orders for both of us. I moved up to the pickup window. Only my order was ready and they stated that only my order was ordered. I showed her my son receipt, which he texted me. Then they said only one order was paid for. I disagreed and brought up my bank account with both charges, as I paid for both of them. They continued, even after proof was submitted. My food was really cold by then so I asked for a refund, which said they couldn’t do. I would have to call the local corporate office. Got the manager name and her name. Before I left she said “now you can leave. BYE! What is the world coming too. No manners, respect or any idea how to do business. Last time I go to Sonic.
