You would think when you go to a restaurant when they mess up your order they would fix it instead of bring out the condiments and lettuce and everything to basically have you make your own food. Also after showing receipt repeatedly saying that we ordered it a completely different way when the receipt says otherwise

I ordered 2 smashers via app and I had requested one with just lettuce mayo cheese one with easy ketchup easy mayo easy mustard and cheese, all they came with were cheese and the manager proceeded to tell me that they were ordered plain and the receipt and my app order proved I was correct with what I ordered.

After sitting here in the sonic parking lot waiting over 10 minutes to get my order even taken, reading all the recent poor reviews I would just like to confirm they aren’t lying. There was barely anyone at the stalls and no order was taken. So, I had to bring myself to the drive through and finally someone took my order and made my drink within 5 minutes. Even the car next to me had to go through the drive through too!Like why couldn’t that be done at the stalls too? I’ve heard so many poor things about this location specifically and it’s sad how the GM/RM can even get their employees in check, nothing but a bunch of hoodlums who could careless about their job. The responses to the reviews are hilarious to me because if you really cared about improving your “business “ you should also improve your employees. N Main location will always be the best one🙏

you guys suck so bad. i took my elderly friend out for a green Chile cheeseburger. she specifically requested Sonic. you guys blew it....there was ZERO green Chile in the burgers. never going there again and telling others.

Very disappointed with the customer care service we visited Christmas Eve @9:30pm the staff said online orders only so we placed ours and waited until they shut all the lights off I never got refunded and I got charged twice for 2 different items or orders I've call several times and I get put on hold so long it hangs up out it's straight dial tone I'm done trying at this point
