  Three people stopped at Rudy's Country Store eastbound I-10 El Paso Texas we had pork ribs sausage and brisket the ribs and sausage were excellent, the brisket was so dry and we we got the boys it turned the cotton as you chewed it. The bark was so hard you couldn't cut it with a knife. We've been eating at Rudy's since they opened their very first store in Seguin. The worst brisket I've ever had from anybody in the world if I can give it a zero rating I would!!!

  I have been a Dickies fan for quite some time.. I moved from Arizona here and all there was is a Rudys. I tried I onced and hated it. But since being here in Las Cruces for 8 years now. It has gotten better in that I now know what to order. Moist brisket Beans Sweet corn Turkey Pull pork This is my go to now and after 5 visits in 8 years I can now rate them accordingly.

  Went to get some chicken and for the 2nd time this week they were out by 7:00 pm. Clearly management does not understand about ordering supplies.

  First off, how do you not serve cornbread or Mac n cheese at a bbq spot. Brisket 6/10 Sausage sandwich 6/10 Ribs 5/10 ‘New potatoes’ -5/10 Peach cobbler 9/10 Banana pudding 8/10 Seriously ditch the wonder bread slices and butter up some Texas toast and get some damn cornbread.
