Not sitting under the heat lamp cold but sitting on a counter and an air conditioned building cold. This was on a Monday just before noon, not in the middle of the night. I have ate at McDonald's many times for many years and never got a cold hamburger. If you have options pass this one by there are definitely better places down the road
