It had been so long since I been to one that I forgot why I don't go there anymore. I'm so disappointed right now I just want to cry! I had asked for fresh fries and they were cold as hell, to top it off, my chicken was really hard who knows how long it had been sitting in their warmer for. I am so tired I really didn't want to go back and show them. Mc D's is not worth going to and paying for their ridiculous high priced deluxe meals etc.. I gave a piece to my dog and he spit it back out. I don't want to blame every employee but definitely your night shift manager at the El Paseo location in Las Cruces NM poor management poor food and all!

The fact that I'm disabled shouldn't even play in at this point because deliver to table is an option already offered to everybody & is therefore part of your job! I saw the message asking me to submit more info but that isn't a link to follow & it won'tet me copy & paste. Went to send info through the app but it wants the store # from my receipt, which I don't have because I ordered through the app. I'm giving up at this point.
