Just a great experience all around! We’ve been coming to Las Cruces for 3 years and never realized we could bring our dog to the lovely patio space at Lescombes. We had a delicious late lunch with an awesome server named Vendela, who knew everything about the menu, wine and history of the winery. Go there!

Always a great experience, the Pecan pesto pasta was delicious. The pecan provides a subtle creaminess unlike what other pestos taste like. The chicken parm is a favorite always. Also, the chocolate torte is dense but moist and is a wonderful chocolate dessert. Miguel checked on us frequently, and all the food came out hot.

Miguel at Les Combes was absolutely phenomenal — hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had, anywhere.
From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. But what really set him apart was how knowledgeable he was. He knew the menu inside and out, gave amazing recommendations, and made everything feel effortless. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does.
Miguel somehow managed to be there exactly when we needed him without ever being intrusive — that perfect balance of professional and personable. He elevated the entire experience and made our meal feel special.
Les Combes is lucky to have him. If you go, ask for Miguel — he’s the kind of waiter who turns a great dinner into a truly memorable one.

It was my birthday and my husband and I had lunch at Les Combes. Gabe was one of the best waiters we have had in a long, long, time. Gabe offered a free dessert or drink for my birthday. He was very attentive to our needs throughout the meal.
The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We ordered off of the 11 for $11 lunch menu. There was plenty to eat.
Gabe delivered the bottle of wine we bought to drink later along with the check. It was the perfect birthday experience!

Gabe and Makenzie were so friendly and courteous while pouring my samples of the wines. He provided great details of each wine and what it would be good with. He can be my bartender anytime. Makenzie was very outgoing and helpful in deciding which wines to select. I really enjoyed the small talk too. I’ll come back to LesCombes Winery in Las Cruces anytime I’m down visiting from Rio Rancho.
Thank you Makenzie & Gabe!!!! You’re awesome!!!!
