Difficult to eat & enjoy when the rice is hard & not thoroughly cooked. Also had a whole bay leaf. These are supposed to be removed from food when done cooking. Not served. This will be my last time ordering

My very first AND last time eating there! I have NEVER had food poisoning in all of my (Almost 65 yrs) of life!!! Should have been called CHICKEN PASS ME BY!!! NOT CHICKEN AL PASTOR!!! I have been throwing up for two days AND IT IS THE ONLY THING I ATE!!! So can't blame it on nothing else!!!!

My friend and I went to Chipotle on Friday night, 01/23/2026 at 8:50pm to be exact. While ordering, we were told by a young lady working the bowl area for walk-ins that there was no lettuce left for the night. My friend pointed out that there was lettuce being used for online orders and asked if she could have some. The employee replied, “That’s only for people who already paid”. Mind you, we were paying customers as well, so that comment didn’t make sense. About five minutes later, we saw her pull out lettuce and continue serving it to walk ins. Overall, the interaction felt rude and the customer service was disappointing. To top it off, my friend went to ask for more lettuce and the same young lady shoved it in a a small cup for salsa and just slid it to my friend. Even though she was rude, my friend validated her and told her to not be so rude. Please train employees to have common respect.

Waited in line just to be told they were out of chicken and would be 20 minutes. I said fine they said I had to go through line again in 20 minutes. I said I would rather pay for it and wait. Kid said you need to go through line again. Mind you it was lunch time and had to park far to get to restaurant due to lack of parking. I left
