We showed up at the time we were told the food would be ready but it wasn't ready at all. Very long wait, I have a feeling they hadn't started the pick up order until we got there.

Zac, the service manager was able to take care of it and get my order out to me, which I was thankful for. I made the mistake of not checking the order until I got home. Unfortunately the wings seemed to be more like a dry rub with a dash of sauce and I ordered all wings with sauce. I called BWW, Zac told me to bring in the old wings and they will make me “fresh ones”. While waiting for the correct order, the you g ladies in the front of whom I assume are the hostesses were apologetic and kind. When I got the second order or what should’ve been the correct order were not fresh. Not even a 3 min drive home and the wings were barely even warm. A very unfortunate experience here and will not return anytime soon. Not much has changed at BWWs
