I understand that it’s not busy, but being aware of your surroundings is important to not only you as the employee but also your customers. They lack zero social skills tbh and seemed rather snotty. My mother was ordering an ice cream for us but instead we were given a scoop of attitude after my mother tried explaining what she wanted, which was one scoop and a waffle cone to the side. The girl then said, “but the cone is too big for the cup” implying exactly what we didn’t want. My mother explained it to her multiple times and yet the girl still wasn’t getting it. So my mom backed away due to her getting frustrated and not wanting to start a fight. I think apologized to the girl for the way my mother was getting frustrated but the girl still didn’t give a shit and because upset more at me. I did nothing. After, I got my shake from her and the lid wasn’t on completely and they overfilled it so I dropped it on myself. I don’t think it’s right that I was the one who took the worst hit from them. To make it worst the employees just keep staring at me and were laughing as I was outside covered in chocolate. Truth be told, the company needs to train their employees better, if not, I fear this baskin robins will have to shut down due to its poor customer service.
