- P_Palumbells _4 days ago1.0I do apologize to the people who run this store in advance but the older lady who works at the front desk in the mornings, who looks like Rosie O’Donnell needs to be trained on customer service because every time I’ve been there and she’s at the customer service desk, its never a truly nice experience. She fails to smile, appear approachable, never receive a good morning from or even a simple hello. I also work in this industry and it’s beyond easy to feign a smile and make the customer believe you’re pleased to have their business. Maybe with regulars she might know she’s very nice but I’m there usually at the beginning of most months and it’s never a pleasant experience. She needs to be coached and trained on how to deliver GREAT customer service maybe with her at her old age she might’ve forgotten how or maybe she’s coming into work everyday unhappy and it shows whenever interacting with her. It makes 0 sense to have someone who possesses 0 customer service skills to be at the customer service desk. Please talk with this lady and let her know what her job entails. Thank you

- VVVMOct 28, 20251.0On 28 Oct I stopped by Albertsons on East Lohman in Las Cruces. I have been shopping at this store for over 30 years. I know most of the cashiers and have a good repour with them. Today I was checked out by Alec J. The lady in front of me said she forgot something and pushed her items to the back of the conveyor belt and ran to go get it...well the belt started running and I was trying to make room for my groceries since she said I could. Well the belt kept running and I asked Alec to stop the belt...He said if you would get your arms out of the way it should stop and anybody would know that. Very snarky, well that was the first of several demeaning remarks he made towards me. Like I am too stupid to run the credit card machine since it had jumped past the enter your phone number and he was all upset that he had to enter it for me. Not sure if he really entered it since I did not get any of my coupons taken off. After Alec was done ringing up my groceries the lady came back and got back in line for her groceries. I told her, Thanks allot I was getting yelled at and having attitude thrown at me during the entire check out process by Alec. Alec said he has not beyond yelling at me yet. With that I left the store very upset. What a shame he is allowed to interact with the public. If he treats everyone like we are an inconvenience to him, I am not sure how many customers will want to come back in to shop.
