Was over charged at the register and rung up for too many of an item. Went to customer service - no greeting, no customer-focused engagement. When I kindly explained the issue, the person acted as if I was the issue and an inconvenience. I was refunded for the issues but was handed cash and that was it. No apology or friendly “sign-off”. The person turned away from us and snapped at a coworker in front of customers. Rude customer service. Will continue to drive out of my way to visit the amazing staff and location on Main Street

I don't know what it is about doing Uber eats deliveries, but as soon as people find out that I'm at their store to pick up a delivery, their whole attitude tends to shift. This was my first time picking up at this albertsons (Jan 3, 9:00 AM), so I went up to the older lady with short white hair near the floral department to ask where the DUG room was. At first she seemed nice, but as soon as she found out I was doing an Uber eats delivery, she sighed, rolled her eyes, and mumbled under her breath "ugh, Door Dash," as if she was disgusted that I was there. She then proceeds to silently start walking away. Thankfully my intuition told me to follow her and she did end up leading me to this back room that was completely unmarked (How was i supposed to know that was the DUG room then?), opened the door wide open for me, then stared at me like I was stupid for not knowing what to do. All without saying a word. At this point I just assumed since she was holding the door wide open for me and staring at me that she wanted me to enter the door, so I did. As soon as I walk through, she said in a very bratty and snappy tone "yeah, I was going to say you can't just walk up in there." Well, guess what lady, you didn't say that. You didn't say anything at all, so how do I know? Maybe have some communication skills and some customer service skills? I've had similar experiences at other Albertsons and have specifically started to decline any Albertsons deliveries just because of this, but was hoping since this was my local Albertsons that maybe it would be a little different. Also, whoever bags the deliveries for this location does an absolute horrid job. Putting a 2-liter Coke in the same bag as a loaf of bread, really? If you guys don't want to have people delivering your orders for you, then do the deliveries in house or don't do them at all. But either way, these people need to learn some serious customer service skills.

Today I am giving Albertsons a low rating. Was there between 2- 3pm. Two of the younger male cashiers looked very unprofessional. They looked dirty and unkempt. Is there no longer a professional dress code?

This review is for the Floral Dept. I ordered Red Roses and White Lilies online with Proflower and it was contracted to Albertsons to full fill the order. Instead of delivering Roses and Lilies they delivered Sunflowers. How you confuse those flowers is beyond me. I called ProFlowers and they are fixing the problem and going with a different florist. Thank goodness.

I do apologize to the people who run this store in advance but the older lady who works at the front desk in the mornings, who looks like Rosie O’Donnell needs to be trained on customer service because every time I’ve been there and she’s at the customer service desk, its never a truly nice experience. She fails to smile, appear approachable, never receive a good morning from or even a simple hello. I also work in this industry and it’s beyond easy to feign a smile and make the customer believe you’re pleased to have their business. Maybe with regulars she might know she’s very nice but I’m there usually at the beginning of most months and it’s never a pleasant experience. She needs to be coached and trained on how to deliver GREAT customer service maybe with her at her old age she might’ve forgotten how or maybe she’s coming into work everyday unhappy and it shows whenever interacting with her. It makes 0 sense to have someone who possesses 0 customer service skills to be at the customer service desk. Please talk with this lady and let her know what her job entails. Thank you
