  Tried using the new kiosk but they failed to mention if you're paying with cash at the counter your order isn't actually placed. We stood there for 10 minutes before someone asked us anything.

  Ordered a Quarter Pounder meal today and my patty was half cooked. Called to let the Manager know and she said "Okay, Thank you" like she was just taking my statement and moving on. I probed conversation a little more because our 411 FB did have a post about this happening to several others and I just didn't think anything of it when when grabbing lunch in a hurry. She offered me a replacement which I declined and just asked what they were doing to fix the issue. Disappointed in the lack of concern. Service is always a hit or miss at this location.

  Last few times I have gone I have gotten cold sandwiches.. would not recommend this location

  I found this place really disgusting and the workers super unprofessional. Especially some of the managers like Leslie. Leslie talked to me with an attitude like not having my food yet was my problem while the other managers laughed. They also kept yelling at the younger workers with no sympathy. This was a horrible experience and there needs to be new management!

  Dined in on February 27th at the Turner location. Service was extremely slow. Waited 30 minutes four our meal. Quarter pounder was undercooked and pink/red center. Today we orderd breakfast also from the Turner location and had it door dashed. We were missing several items such as hash browns, plastic ware, butter syrup and jam. I called and spoke to management which she was very courteous and understanding. The employees have always been courteous and friendly but that doesn't equal good service.
