They had the bathrooms blocked off with chairs around 6:30 pm and they don’t close until 9pm, we had politely asked if my 3 year brother could use the restroom and Jose (an employee) repeated multiple times “No i just cleaned them” “I just said no” “No i just cleaned them” with a obnoxious look on his face. We told him it’s a health violation for the restrooms to be blocked off if they are not out of order and he rolled his eyes and walked to the back. As this was happening another girl Lonnie (the other employee) told us “He already said no and we’re not going to let anybody in.” We told her it will be getting reported to HR and she repeated “GO AHEAD” “GO AHEAD”. Another customer witnessed this as well and said the way they were acting was unprofessional and Lonnie sighed loudly and got an ugly attitude with her as she was checking her out.

I am on medication that makes a 6" last me for lunch and dinner. I never ordered a footlong even in my younger years. The real point is how he handled the situation. Instead of remaking or selling me the sandwich, he raised his voice and argued with a full line of people in the store. I don't care if he is an owner. I've had years that I spend $15K at a Subway in a different location promoting my businesses and buying lunch for staff. That sure will not happen at this location.
