  April 25th evening We had an amazing night planned and drove over an hour to get to Zia Casino for dinner and some games. We started off the night by grabbing 2 seats at the bar for drinks and dinner. After we sat down we realized they had the garage-style door half open and the wind was blowing so hard straight at us that it was blowing stuff off the bar. We decided to take our drinks and grab a table out of the wind. We finally had a waitress in a gray shirt take our order and disappear. Chicken sandwich and a hamburger. We waited and waited and finally saw a different waitress and ordered another drink. Then we proceeded to wait and wait and wait some more (no, they were not that busy) and noticed the table next to us was just as frustrated as we were getting. They had asked for a side of ranch and she never brought it to them, they were frustrated too. We sat there with empty drinks and decided we were just going to pay for the drinks and skip the meal, we would go find food somewhere else. So we waited and waited some more until she finally showed up again. She was bringing our food out of the kitchen and sat it down like it was a bother to even do that much. All of it was cold, maybe slightly warm. All we could figure out was she took her break and left our dinner sitting there the whole time waiting to be taken out..... We asked her to take the food off and we would pay for the drinks. Her response was "You can just go", the way she said it... WOW, we have never been treated so badly. We hadn't been rude, we hadn't said anything to even merit that kind of sass from her. So we left, didn't even go into the casino to play any of the games... Just left... We won't go back, ever.

  How are you a bar but decide the play music over the football games and the food sucked too
