  I ordered on the app. Order was chili cheese groovy fries and a strawberry shake. Waitress brings order and hands me the bag and then the shake. I looked in bag for straw, there wasn’t one called out to waitress that hadn’t passed the end of my truck yet. She totally ignored me. Then I discovered that my fries were actually tots and had been carried sideways instead of right side up. This place seriously needs some new employees as well as management

  Decided to order on the app and when we came to pick up no one told us y’all are out of things like a kid toy or mayo. Stall 3 button doesn’t work so waited till we got someone. Explained how 1 burger is missing mayo and the kids meal is missing the toy and was told that yall are out. I would have rather someone come out and tell me yall are out of things than finding out when I’m going to eat. If I would have known I would have just went to McDonalds for dinner knowing I’m getting everything I paid for. Staff was nice about it but the lack of communication about things is just wrong. Ordered Jan 19th close to 8pm.

  Before you kill some one serving old vegetables, you should definitely try to change your lettuce out.

  we went to sonic and I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger they put ketchup on. they lied to us saying that it was on the menu that ketchup is on the burger when it’s only mayonnaise. The lady had to come out outside to take our order. Still got our order wrong so we let them know so they could fix it and the manager came out and said we didn’t tell her how we ordered. It is how we ordered it so she lied to her manager, and the manager lied to us.

  So they changed the menu in an effort to charge you more for less. They thought nobody would be smart enough to notice but as I look around me at lunchtime the place isn’t full like it used to be. Good try sonic. This is exactly what happened to Dickies. They’re gone.
