  Horrible experience I been to the same Macdonald for the 5 time and it’s just the same thing experience every time food order wrong, wrong size’s, and I hate how they do t take the time to double check the food to make sure the costumer is getting what they paid for, no customer should have to open the bag every time they buy with fear they ding get the right thing, so if you ever go to this Macdonald the one next to la Esperanza marketplace please check you food before you drive home their care for customers is poor.

  When you need quick, familiar, and zero surprises, McDonald’s delivers. The order was fast, hot, and accurate—already beating the fast-food odds. Fries were fresh (crispy, not limp), and everything tasted exactly like the classics you order McDonald’s for. Service was efficient and polite, and the dining area was clean and functional. No frills, no nonsense—eat, recharge, move on. It’s not trying to be gourmet, and that’s the point. Bottom line: consistent, reliable, and clutch when you want a no-thinking-required meal. Sometimes comfort food just needs to do its job—and it did. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I usually always get breakfast in here and it usually has little to no wait! But last time they made me wait at least 10 min for a Frappe and they had totally forgotten about it, till one employee asked if I had gotten it yet and I replied know which surprised her! I don't know who was in charge of getting to me but it took forever and I had to go to work!

  I recently experienced extremely poor customer service at this establishment. I placed an $80 order through the app for pickup, but upon arrival, the staff failed to provide all of the items, including fries and sauces. My daughter returned to the store to request the missing items, but was alarmed by the behavior of a staff member who was being rude and racist towards customers. When I approached the staff to report the missing items, I was met with further rudeness from the General Manager, who, along with another employee, accused me of seeking free food. I clarified that my daughter had already requested the missing fries, which were still not provided, and that the sauces were also missing. As a local resident, I had previously avoided this location, and this experience has reinforced my decision to never return.

  Yo I order nuggets to go with my meal and they didn’t ring it up and when I got my food the fries weren’t even salted and this was morning crew. Yo lock in morning crew I know how yall are. This why night crew better than yall
